BOOKINGS

Ayr United Football Academy offers an online booking service, once the booking form has been completed and submitted, payment in full received and the booking validated by ClassForKids you will be sent confirmation of your booking via the email address you have provided. Bookings are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Receiving email acknowledgement of payment is confirmation of your request to book a child on an Activity.

All booked sessions must be paid for, regardless of your child’s attendance. Fees are non-refundable in the event of your child’s absence.

For safety reasons we can only guarantee a place on ANY Activity to those booking in advance. Those that arrive on the day will not be guaranteed a place on the activity.

Before booking please ensure your child is able to attend the Activity and meets the conditions for such Activity as listed on our website.

All bookings and payment protection are subject to the right to cancel by e-mail to football@aufa.org.uk within seven (7) calendar days from the date that you receive e-mail acknowledgement of the booking pursuant to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

FILM/PHOTOGRAPHY 

Ayr United Football Academy may from time to time take photographs/film of any activity, the use of this data is solely for the purpose of promoting and publicising our activities through our social media and website.

Parents/guardians that do not wish for their child to be photographed/filmed must make Ayr United Football Academy aware of this at the time of booking.

Ayr United Football Academy will hold all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Statement which can be found at https://www.aufa.org.uk/privacy-policy/#welcome .

PERSONAL PROPERTY

Ayr United Football Academy cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings whilst attending an activity. Please ensure that no valuables are taken to any venue by your children.

HEALTH & SAFETY 

A full risk assessment will be carried out before any activity takes place at a new venue. Ayr United Football Academy staff hold a current emergency aid certificate issued by an appropriate body.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are providing consent for Ayr United Football Academy to administer any and all necessary first aid to your child as required at any time.

For safety reasons it is recommended for all attendees to wear shin pads. Metal studs are not permitted at any session, moulded studs are recommended on astro.

It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure appropriate clothing is worn and/or available for their child for the Activity being undertaken and weather conditions.

 MEDICAL INFORMATION 

Any medical conditions that any participant may have must be fully disclosed (1) at the time of booking to Ayr United Football Academy at registration and (2) to the lead coach on the activity or at the venue. 

LEAVING AN ACTIVITY 

Any child that is collected must be collected by a parent or guardian and such parent or guardian must verbally/visually communicate with the lead coach to ensure all participants leave accompanied. Any child that normally walks home unaccompanied from any activity will only be allowed to leave unaccompanied if a parent or guardian has provided consent during booking process with ClassForKids.

COMPLAINTS 

In the unlikely event that you or your child are dissatisfied with the service we provide then please in the first instance raise it with the senior coach at the activity. He/she will deal will the problem in accordance with our policies and procedures.

If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction then please write to our management team at football@aufa.org.uk within 7 days of child’s attendance on the activity.

We take your views and complaints very seriously and will endeavour to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. Refunds will only be issued if Ayr United Football Academy is proven to be in breach of these Terms &Conditions.

The information on this site is updated regularly. However, we hereby exclude any warranties (whether expressed or implied) as to the quality, accuracy, efficacy, completeness, performance, and fitness for a particular purpose of the site.

These Terms and Conditions form the entire agreement between you and Ayr United Football Academy

By booking an activity with Ayr United Football Academy you are acknowledging your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and confirm that you have not relied on any other representation other than those contained within these Terms and Conditions.
